4:01 a.m. — A caller along the 11000 block of SE Penzance Street told police her dog was barking and she thought someone was in the back yard. It turned out to be raccoons.
4:22 a.m. — A caller along the 12200 block of SE McLoughlin Boulevard told police a weird smell was coming from an upstairs apartment, and the fire department refused to respond. She told police it smelled like beef stew, then said she thought it was drugs. It turned out to be curried chicken baking in an oven.
5:05 p.m. — A black Chevy Avalanche with California plates backed into a green Honda along the 10800 block of SE Oak Street, and then fled the scene.
6:27 p.m. — Police arrested Mikhail V. Agayev, 30, for mail theft after he was caught getting into a mailbox near SE 40th Avenue and SE Washington Street,
Friday, Nov. 13
12:46 a.m. — Carrie L. Bergin, 28, was arrested for DUII along the 10700 block of SE Main Street.
8:57 a.m. — Someone ransacked a vehicle along the 5100 block of SE Guido Bocci Drive and took a laptop. The vehicle was unlocked.
Saturday, Nov. 14
12:12 a.m. — A caller reported a fight at Meadows Tavern. Bouncers handled the situation and the subjects left.
Sunday, Nov. 15
12:55 a.m. — A caller told police of overhearing a gunshot at a home along the 10100 block of SE 37th Avenue, and then seeing a male who lives there run from the home. Police went to the home and found two people living there asleep. They said they had some issues an hour ago, but that all was OK.
2:40 a.m. — Mason Alan Yost, 29, was arrested for DUII near the intersection of SE McLoughlin Boulevard and SE Ochoco Street.
3:46 a.m. — An employee at The Brew told police that a 9MM handgun may have been taken from behind the bar. The subject called later and said the gun may still be in the bar.
11:13 p.m. — Triple A called police and told them a vehicle was centered on the railroad tracks. Angie Diane Hendricks, 37, was arrested for DUII.
Monday, Nov. 16
4:43 a.m. — Police responded to a domestic disturbance along the 10600 block of SE 59th Avenue involving multiple people. The parties were separated and no one wanted to press charges.
5:10 a.m. — Information on an armed robbery at Fantasy adult store on SE 82nd in Portland was broadcast. Police were looking for a skinny, white male adult in a ski mask, black hat and blue jeans who may have been driving a newer Ford F150.
9:38 .m. — An officer responded to a call of someone trying to catch geese near SE 23rd and Harrison, and discovered that it was a woman from the Audubon Society trying to help a goose with a broken wing.
10:11 a.m. – Rex Robert Weiss, 61, was registered as a sex offender.
11:28 a.m. — Steven M. Smith, 34, was registered as a sex offender.
3:09 p.m. — Michael John Mizar, 25, was registered as a sex offender.
Tuesday, Nov. 17
12:17 a.m. — A caller along the 3700 block of SE Rockwood reported that a 9MM handgun was stolen, possibly in an incident Nov. 7.
7:04 a.m. — A caller along the 6600 block of SE Plum Street told police that a green Honda Accord, stripped of three doors and other parts, was dumped in her yard overnight.
7:48 a.m. — A caller along the 11600 block of SE 32nd Avenue told police he hears a rumbling sound on his property that shakes his house at all hours of the day and night. He suspects it’s a public works problem, but wanted to let police know.
Wednesday, Nov. 18
12:14 a.m. — Joseph L. Locke, 45, was arrested for DUII near the intersection of Highway 224 and McLoughlin Boulevard.
8:14 p.m. — A caller reported that he was assaulted while walking near the 2300 block of SE Harrison by a white male, 25 to 26, short and stocky with a black beanie and possibly black vest.
